So much negativities...

I was browsing through Facebook and noticed alot of negativity going on around me..

Friends who are unhappy,
strangers who are angry,
relatives who are confused...

and many more.

Then there are the many 'interesting' yet totally uncalled for remarks and actions of fellow Singaporean and FTs. I often shake my head and wonder out loud, "WTF are they thinking when they make that comment or do what they do??"

So many complains, so many.
Everywhere i turn,
i see red.

Angry replies,
arrogant and with false sense of self-righteousness.

Then there is the PE!
It's serious business,
it concern all of us,
also our children,
the next generation we so love and protect with our life.

But as i read about PE,
i shiver,
i worry.
I understand why some would write what they wrote about PE,
it's as though they know the candidate and therefore have the right to condemn whatever statement or interview these candidates make.

I am not saying i am a supporter of which Tan,
but i will refrain from making any comment in FB,
as i know i might be making unfair judgement and my comment might affect a passer-by who managed to maintain a balance state of mind until chancing upon my comment.

What do we want from these candidates?
We have a million different voices but there will only be ONE P.
So, since they are qualify to fight for the post of being a P,
just let them show us what they got..

I do not want my little happy dot to grow up to be an angry Singaporean.
I want him to be proud of who he is.

I must say,
there are things i do not agree with,
unfair transport hike,
unfair CPF minimum scheme,
unfair decision made by the government and many many more..

But end of the day,
i am born and raise here,
this shall always be my home.

I really hope all these negativity will stop.
